Flood Technician
RBT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flood Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water damage restoration and have a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency flood and water damage calls in a timely manner
- Assess the extent of the damage and develop a plan of action to restore the affected areas
- Remove water and moisture from buildings using specialized equipment such as pumps and dehumidifiers
- Dry out structures
- Clean and restore affected items such as furniture, clothing, and personal belongings
- Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration
- Knowledge of water extraction, drying, and dehumidification techniques
- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as pumps, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and Criminal record check

Labourer
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a restoration laborer. As a restoration laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the restoration of buildings and structures that have been damaged by fire, water, or other disasters. You will work alongside skilled restoration technicians to ensure that the restoration process is completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled restoration technicians in various tasks
- Help with the set up and take down of job sites
- Clean and organize job sites
- Perform demolition work, such as removing damaged materials and debris
- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic understanding of restoration tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
